I think Setta's products are great, but the representative in Cape Town is downright rude and his conduct is unprofessional. He does not know the first thing about client service. Or about going the extra mile for a client - no matter how small! Below is an excerpt from an email he sent me.
"I dont have more time to waste on your orders. I have less aggravation and time wasting with 200 board orders to be shipped to Sweden, than one board to you!
And this after I came across this company at Decorex, liked the product and arranged with this guy to introduce it to my clients to help him create awareness of his product! Needless to say, I will not be promoting his products any more!
