Does not keep to its policy

I bought a 51" 3D TV with a 2 year warranty, TV does not come on after 1 year, games secunda say they cannot repair it due to them moving to a new centre because they lost their records of the TV in the process of moving. They now required R1800 to repair it. TV purchased on 2 year contract will is still being paid. Therefore the 2 year warranty is still valid. highly disappointed with games service of unethical behaviour. All Samsung TV's carry a 2 year warranty
