I bought a 2lt Coke on the 31 January 2013 at Pick n Pay Goldman street in Florida. Upon opening the Coke it was flat and it looked very weak. I poured a glass only to find that I was drinking coloured water no taste no acid nothing. I phoned the number on the bottle and logged a complain same date and I was told one of their investigators will call me within 24 hours to arrange to come and pick up the bottle.
But guess what instead of phoning they pitch and the given adress and I'm home cos I was working the late shift that week and this I hear from a friend at work that some guy from Coca cola was looking form me. TO date I have not received the said phone call or anything not even an e-mail after I gave them all my details. This is rather dissgusting especially when I think of how much money I spend on their product, they even call me Miss Coke at work.
If thay call on my cell phone and I dont answer they must leave a message as I work in a call centre environment or send an e-mail at least.
I'm very upset witgh their so called customer service...
