Yesterday i went to the fitting rooms, but was instructed to leave all packets at fitting room. I was told due to this was a new policy. I asked the lady at the fitting rooms, what would happen if she lost my packet and it would be my word against hers wrt value of goods in the packet.she said she was implementing policy and it wouldnt be her responsibility but Queenspark.i left my packet with r500 worth of goods on the chair.at the desk i enquired from management and what a dismissive attitude this woman had after asking same questions.how can you implement a policy when you have not considered the consequences of loosing customers parcels as there no locker facilities or verification of what is in the packet. This was so offputting although i purchased goods. Queenspark your poorly thought through policies will discourage customers from purchasing at your store.also employ competent management to deal with such issues
