I ordered a pair of grey tailored fit chinos. Instead of informing me that they don't have it (or actually giving me what I ordered), Mr Price decided to send grey flat front chinos. Not at all the same. After complaining to customer service (and waiting long for a response), I eventually get told that I must send a photo. What is this? Do they not believe me? This is ridiculous and I cannot believe that I need to prove what I tell them. I have since taken the pants back to the shop and got my money back. Unhappy about this because the only reason why i ordered the pants online was because I could only find flat front chinos at the store.
