I purchased a pair of shoes at the Boogaloos Canal Walk store on Sunday 8 December. When I tried to return it the very next day (Monday 9 December) the store manager informed me that they did not offer refunds. The shoes were not worn, had all of the packaging and I had the slip.
When I purchased the shoes on Sunday, the casher did not inform me of the no refunds policy and there were no signs up in the store either.
The manager informed me that he knew the details of the consumer protection action but that the store did not follow the policy.
