At the end of July when I needed to pay my Edgars account I was a bid short due to financial difficulties. My installment was R650 and I could only pay R 400, which I did. Then I started getting calls form the call center (debt collections) ask me when I will pay and what day etc. I did explain to them what the situation was and i did not appreciate the calls and there harsh approach> As I have always been a good customer and just once I have a bid of a bad month you get treated so bad. I also received two letters in the mail also.
I went and took a loan just to pay my account up and close it because I want nothing ever anything to do with the Edcon group. I can also say that your collection departments are chasing your customers away and I am not the only one feeling this way.
