On the 24th of November 2013 I bought a pair of sneakers at Soviet and was told that the shoes should stretch with me wearing them, as the shoes were uncomfortable whrn trying them on I returned them to the store pn the 8th of December 2013 upon returning them I was given a credit note and I was told that I could only use the credit note at the Soviet store at the Glen as their system was not the same as the other Soviet stores. A rep named Precious assisted me and claimed to be the manager and with me returning to claim the credit note she told me that she could not give me an exchange and demanded that I give her the credit note and her body language was unnerving and not very pleasing. not only did she refuse to give me an exchange she about her position at the store saying she is the manager only to find out that she is a sales rep
