I went to the Pick n Pay Centurion Lifestyle Centre to take out a cellphone contract that had been advertised. I was then informed that the special had been "discontinued" however, according to the brochure, the special is valid until the 8th December - and nowhere on the brochure does it state " subject to availability " i then insisted that I wanted the contract and was given a Muhammad's number who promised that we could the contract, or similar contract, I just had to put it on email which was done, but I received no response! It both saddens and frustrates me that business, no mater big or small means nothing to them!! A prompt response would be much appreciated however it wont suprise me id I hear nothing, yet again!
