Within the past month I purchased a gold chain for approximately R850.OO. I was so happy with the female assistant's service, I returned last week and was contemplating purchasing a new watch for R2600.00. Two days later, the clasp on my first purchase broke. When I returned to have it repaired, I was told by the male attendant it would be R75.00 to fix... despite the female assistant remembering my purchase. I explained that it was a recent purchase and given the amount spent, it should be repaired free of charge. I was given a blank response and told I needed to return with the reciept of purchase. Apparently a customer client relationship is not worth more than a piece of paper. I will not be buying my new watch, or any other faulty jewelry from SD Pather Jewellers!
