NWJ
Watch was suppose to be repaired 22 April

I sent in my Stirling chrono watch to be repaired and was given a reciept as proof that I gave it to NWJ. On this piece of paper it said that my watch will be repaired and ready on the 22 of April, a week after the date I went to NWJ and asked them what is the hold up? In return the lady replied " leave your name and cell No. And ill phone head office tommorow and find out"
Still to this day I haven't received any phone call from NWJ and my watch is still not there.
As you can tell I am very disapointed about this because NWJ has repaired my watch before and I had no such problem.
