Oon the 27/11/2013 i bought a 1.25 litre of fanta orange, when i opened it, i realised htat it was flat and i callled them immediately to let them know, they asked me to keep it and they will come to me within 48 hours and the even sent me an sms confirming that they will attend to my complain and the reference number was 2013112547 and the sms was sent at 17;05 on the 27/11/2013. i am now wondering if how long is their 48hours and how long must i keep that sample i my cupboards, what if my kids drink it?
