ITEM WAS ORDERED ON 06 Dec. It stated that delivery would be within 09 days. On 24 Dec I called to enquire. Was informed that the item was difficult to source. This had never been communicated to me and I knew nothing until I had to phone them. Since the recipient's birthday was on 12 Dec this arrived way too late and I will never use this service again.
