Yes they will give me a refund. Once the transaction has been processed i will respond. All i can say it is the worse customer support ever. Now I have to wait for them to collect cash. What a joke, Lewis Stores and they must collect cash. Note my date of complaint 22 july 2013 we are on 16th November 2013 and no satisfaction as yet!!! I give them a -0 for their products and support.
