I went to Foschini Blue Route Mall yesterday after work (around past 5) to get a black wedge t bar sandal in size 5 and firstly nobody walked up to me while I was looking. My husband then called a young black woman to come and assist us. When I asked her if she had size 5, she said no and proceeded to walk away and then I called her back to ask her if she could source it. She looked as if she did not want to do it and then walked away. She then said it would cost R30.00 for delivery and I agreed. I then gave her my details as she did not ask for it and went to Woolworths. I came back and she said that nobody had, I then asked to see on her pc system. She then told us that she had put in the wrong bar code.By this time I was so disgusted and angry, I didn't ask for her name but I took down the details of the shoe and decided to source it myself. I have a serious gripe with people who are getting paid to do something and yet they are reluctant to perform their job function. What was even more shocking was that more senior staff were walking past us but did not once offer to help. I'm appalled! What's happening Foschini!
