1st I was suprised that I had to pay to transfer a shoes from one Foschini to another as I do not do that with other shops. Secondly the transfer takes about two weeks before it can get to you. Once it finally arrives, you find that the pricing has changed. The day I was the shop two weeks ago the shoe was R380.00, but now all of a sudden the shoe is R499.00 an dwhen I complain about that the manager tells me I must not her around and I'm not getting my shoe. First and foremost I have every right to complain, had it been a white woman throwing tantraums, I bet you that Tau woman would have treated the situation different, but just because I am black she thinks she can tell me otherwise. I am paying for that shoe not asking for donations, I paid for the transfer and now I am suprised at the price change to be told I won't be getting the shoe coz I complained, that is definetely not on, worse she calls security on me to chuck me out coz I am complaining. That is Foschini and next time employ managers with skills and who are more educated and noit because you like them
