On the 30 November 2013 I purchased various items from Russells Alberton branch. I was told by the Credit clerk and manager that the goods will be delivered on the next day being Sunday. This was the day i needed to move into the flat and had no bed to sleep on. I contacted the branch to confirm delivery and was told that the warehouse was closed and delivery will on take place on Monday the 02 December 2013. The items where only delivered on Monday at 6pm. The service i received and the no care attitude from the staff and manager was terrible. To add to this the fridge i bought did not work i contacted the manager to lay this complaint on Thursday the 05 December 2013. The manager said she needed the serial number to contact the supplier and was not sure what the outcome will be and will contact me when the supplier contacts her. I am very distappointed with the quality and service i have received from Russells as the purchase was of a substantial amount.
