I've always been skeptical of online shopping (except from the big dogs) but I was the guinea pig here, and I'm happy to report that Excellular is trustworthy, quick and cheap.
I had my cell recently and needed to buy a replacement, but because my contract with Vodacom is still running I needed to buy one as a once-off. I did some research and settled on the Iphone 5s. FNB told me they'd only get stock in 3 weeks (and the price wasn't as great as they make their 'discounts' out to be), Vodacom are only planning to sell them out of contract in Jan and the iStore was very expensive. I went onto PriceCheck and the cheapest option was [URL Removed] I called their line and chatted to a helpful guy who told me they had the phone in stock in the colour I wanted and with they could get me a Vodacom warranty too.
I EFT'd them and it took about a day to clear (FNB-SB). I called them the following day and they said they were shipping it that night as the cash had cleared. The next day at lunch time I got a call from security to say I had a package. My safely packaged new phone was waiting for me, and its working perfectly. The process was pain free and cheap.
