I was profoundly disgusted by a cashier, named Dean at Checkers Weltevreden. On Friday, 29 November 2013, I got to the check out point in the store, he firstly did not even attempt to greet. When I told him he could atleast attempt to greet, He just looked up at me, and continued scanning my items, without saying a word. I already became irked, but I left it at that. He became highly agitated as my chicken packs did not want to scan, which he had to then manually punch into the system. with each scan he would literally throw me chicken to the packer. I stopped him and I said: "if your attitude is not right, everything in your day will go wrong" He just rolled his eyes.

I've had bad customer services experiences before, but this was the ultimate, worst experience by far! This Dean character, started chatting to someone who was in the queue with me. He explained to the person why he was in such a bad mood, and I quote: "I had to leave at 6pm, because I'm doing my last paper at school but this ma se p@%* se manager is full of "

Completely shocked out of my boots! Not because I've never heard fouled mouth wooligans before, but this was a first, in a major retailer such as Checkers
