I went to vangate mall on fri afternoon. I went to jet to pay my Edgars account and while i was there i checked for specials. i got a pair of shoes, a top and a heavy sack bag.
As i was standing and waiting for the gentleman to assist me to take the bag of with the stick we discovered that there's no price on the item. He then so kindly told me that he will go and check the price by the manager and he did, he came out after a half hour and gave me a piece of paper with a code on and the price of R79.99. i asked the guy is this the price and he said yes i must go to the till.
I came to the till and the cashier told me that this is not the correct price as the bag is R149.99, i said after waiting for more a half an hour you want tell me that this is not even the correct price, she tells me to wait and she went to the manager office.
i return follow and speak to the manager, he turns around and tells me that that is the price and the consultant knows whats he is talking about.
i was so upset that i left the shop, i came home and called the call center, i spoke to Eldin and he took my complaint down, but i am stil waiting for a response from the shop or the call center. VERY UPSET
