Chicken nuggets was disgusting and burnt

I buy chicken nuggets everyday at pick n pay canal walk. Today I had the most horrible experience. The nuggets was hard, burnt and black. It even tasted like burn. Im actually thinking twice to purchase nuggets again at pick n pay
