The call centre of [URL Removed] has a gem in a lady called MJ, she was friendly and pleasant and kept all her promises to call back and made sure that I had received my parcel and was I happy with it. It was a pleasure to deal with her knowing that my parcel had gone astray and she was doing her best to trace it for me.
