I bought a pair of court shoes, after searching at many other shops I decided to opt for Nine West thinking R1000 for a court shoe is relatively expensive and should last me for a while... I bought the shoe end of May 2013, after the fourth time wearing it as I wear it about once a week and stopped wearing it in July as I noticed it is tearing on the side of the one shoe. I was so devastated as I saved up for a while to be able to buy this shoe, so I want to know what can be done as I am very disappointed after paying so much for a court shoe and not even worn 5 times! I have my receipt...
