96 hours waiting for a tracking numbe

Last week Thursday 28 November 2013 I ordered a Leatherman Sidekick online! I made payment on the 29th November 2013 via eft. Today is 5 December 2013 that mark 96 hours and I have not received a tracking number just excuses for why they cant give me one. they don't keep stock on hand. Im sorry but as per your rules as - Orders placed will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. No orders will be processed on weekends and public holidays. Please note that orders are only processed once full payment reflects on our bank statement. If you do not bank with ABSA please allow at least 24 to 48hrs for the payment to reflect.
that means my tracking number should have been give yesterday and I paid the R135 for 24hour delivery as per your option priority to Counter R135.00, Deliver to your nearest post office within 24-48 hours from the date of dispatch at an additional cost of R135.00 I want a refund and no admin fees as this is not my fault that you cant keep to your rules!
