No Goods Received - of Money

On the 7 November 2012 i placed an order for 9 sets of Easy Heels
1 set of medium clear
7 sets of small clear
1 set of small Swarovski
I immediately made FULL payment (as requested) an amount of R484.90. I was told i would receive a tracking number on email (i never did).
I followed up a month later as i had not received anything (i have placed orders from China that have arrived in 2 weeks). 13 Nov i got an email to say order will be dispatched immediately. On the 6th of December Caryn replied to say "apologies for the delay the post office seems to have mislaid a bunch of orders" and she would re-send (STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER THOUGH).

I ordered these for my wedding and they did not arrive. Back in the office in January i emailed again to demand my money back - the response was orders got "lost" over festive season and she cannot refund me "I can only deliver the goods to you. I have now stopped trading, I can only now deliver the stock as all bank accounts are now closed."

I STILL have not received ANYTHING, all i want is my R500 back, this classifies as as she has my money in full.

NEVER use EASYHEELS or deal with Caryn Boswell
I am disgusted at this service
