I laybyed a bed at Ceilo Lifestyle I finished paying for it in August then I was told I was get it delivered in four working. It wasn't delivered then I kept on calling them and they told me that they had hundreds of people waiting for they beds.

I finally got the bed first week of November with 37 pieces missing as I had to assemble the bed. I sent the head office an email telling them about the missing piecies and I went to the store to tell them that the was 37 piecies missing... they told me I was going to get it before the end of that week.

After two weeks of waiting for the missing 37 parts I only received two parts.

I went back to the shop asking for my money back they refused to give me my money saying I had to wait for head office.
