No feedback from groupon on complaint

I purchased a ceilo santina faux leather bed base queen--groupon voucher 2/0689 (attached). groupon asked me to contact supplier Ceilo directly for warranty. i did contact ceilo and spoke to Joy forestor and she was so abrupt and did not assist me, ceilo did not send all the parts of the bed and i did not know that the something was missing, so we assembled bed and it was fine for 11 months, the 12month it broke in the centre due to the fact the ceilo never sent us the legs..so they sent us legs now, and its the incorrect size, now they say its my problem, i can do with it has i like they cannot help me. this is their fault and they refuse to acknowlegde this, they are crazy... and further to this Groupon, where i purchased the base from, refuse to assist me, Ceilo is their client / partner.
just annoyed and disgusted by the customer service i received from groupon and ceilo.
they just do not fufil any warrantees.
