It seems like the only way you will get your issue sorted out is if you post it here, I've been trying to do this politely but I honestly can't be calling MG everyday and being put on hold for long periods of time. I have been trying to get my vehicles' parts from MG for over 2 weeks. My vehicle was sent to MG for a quote, MG stripped the vehicle and sent a quote, due to the quote being quite high I made arrangements for the car to be collected and taken to a different workshop for a 2nd opinion. Once it got there I get a call saying that the fly-wheel and the clutch are missing. I asked that the missing parts be taken to the workshop so that they can start repairing the car. On the 7th of March, Clinton assisted in getting the parts delivered but only the clutch was taken. And now I'm struggling to get the fly-wheel, apparently it was delivered but upon asking for a delivery note to prove this, one cannot be produced. I don't understand how one can lose a fly-wheel and I don't understand how one can even entertain this issue for weeks on end, since I'm not paying you for anything I would atleast expect you to give me my parts and I will be out of your hair...
