Ceilo does not adhere to the rules of warrantee

Purchased a ceilo santina faux leather bed base queen--groupon voucher 2/0689 (attached). groupon asked me to contact supplier Ceilo directly for warranty. i did contact ceilo and spoke to Joy forestor and she was so abrupt and rude and did not assist me, ceilo did not send all the parts of the bed and i did not know that the something was missing, so we assembled bed and it was fine for 11 months, the 12month it broke in the centre due to the fact the ceilo never sent us the legs..so they sent us legs now, and its the incorrect size, now they say its my problem, i spoke to samantha and Rose who tried to help, however the manager JOy Forest was rude and unhelpful. she confirmed this is now my problem and she will do nothing to help fulfil the warrantee has they no longer made these base sets. she does not understand this is a non complainance from Ceilo's side.
just annoyed and disgusted by the customer service i received from groupon and ceilo.
they just do not fufil any warrantees... think twaice before you buy Ceilo products...
