I am out of options and words. Last week I logged compliant about a sneaker that was damaged and it been collected 3 months back and I have not recieved any notifcation thereafter about it. I got a response that was logged by Edgars on Hello Peter stating that they will come back to me. It has been a week NOW. NO CALL NO EMAIL NOTHING, I AM SICK AND TIRED AND FRUSTRATED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE MORE SO I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE THE SNEAKER IS. YOURL A BUNCH OF JUST GIVE ME THE SNEALER BACK AND FORGET THE DAMAGES I RATHER THROW IT IN THE BIN MYSELF
