False Advertising

I received an email 2 days ago from Edgars entitled 'Activewear for less until Sunday'. They are advertising a 'Pre Girls Elite Nike Sneaker - was R399, now R276.'

I have spent the past 4 hours calling all the branches in the Western Cape including the Fashion Hotline. Firstly some of them do not even answer the call. Then some answer and transfer you to the incorrect departments.

Bottom line, nobody seems to have this sneaker in stock. Some staff member even told me they cannot assist me with a SKU code. Where am I as the client supposed to get a SKU code???

Disgusted with the service and false advertising!
