Bad Service All Round

We went into Markhams Gateway to buy a Nike Sneaker. They did not have the size we were looking for so the consultant informed us they could have it delivered to a store closest to us as my hubby is an account holder and we are from PMB.Details were given and stated it would take a week.2 days later I called to make sure, they could not find the info or the shoe and said they would call back, They did not. I called again and stayed on the phone until I had feedback. I was assured it would be at Midlands Markhams within a week and it would show on the system. A style code was given to me. Yesterday I call Midlands Markhams and they tell me they will look for it, someone is busy on the system. I call back an 1hr later and they still busy so I stay online. No sneaker is found, no info, no delivery. The style code I was given is invalid I am told. Also apparently it will show online in Gateway not Midlands, but Gateway told me different. So I call Gateway and again I am told they will need to call me back, I did not hold my breath. Numerous calls, false promises and service that is distasteful. AND STILL NO SNEAKER!!! 2 WEEKS LATER.! It is not our job to make sure consultants do their jobs!!!
