I trust this message would be conveyed to Mr Garreth van Vuuren, PnP: Western Cape. PnP should please refrain from advertising specials, i.e. the current one running 31 Jan - 3 Feb and when customers arrive at the outlets the shelves are FULL OF EMPTINESS!! and that being at month end when customers do there monthly shopping!! When confronting the manager, customers are advised 1) sorry we are out of stock (oos); 2) U will not find it at any PnP in the area; 3) It was not delivered on time; 4) Ads were printed 6 mths ago and we were not informed of the specials coming, thus we did not stock up. Yes, the manager did obtain the specific articles elsewhere BUT it still does not ease my frustration, irritation and inconvenience. I would also like to know whether PnP is going to obtain the oos articles for the couple of hundred other customers still to visit the outlets?
