I am one of many loyal customers of the shoprite/checkers group in Kimberley, it is nevertheless frustrating and you feel angry after shopping at the abovementioned outlets due to specials on printed on paper but not on your shelves either due to stock which has not arrived yet or sold out. Does the the mangerial staff work on a demerrit system for overstocking on supplies or bonuses on less stock ordered i don't know but from a consumers point of view it is frustrating.
The attitude of the staff at these branches are of a clueless or could not care less nature.
Why does Bultfontein branch close that early and everyone who has to do last minute shopping after work is all forced to buy at Chapel street branch? Open up more paypoints at peaktimes this causes frustration as well!! by changing these facets we as the consumers would have a more favourable shopping experience at you outlets.
