1 Month with no efficient service

I am getting tired of being told that their manger is not in to draft a letter so that my washing machine can be replaced.

The service is terrible, i have to constantly phone to find out what is going on with regards to replacing my machine.
Is this the service that Furniture city offers to their customers???
