I accidentally gave the wrong house number for my parcel to be delivered to. Before we figured out that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address, Nangamso at customer support was so sweet and quick in following up and offering to send the couriers to check what happened to the parcel etc. She really went the extra mile for something that was completely my fault! Great service!!
