Bad tastes

Dear Peter.

I am disgusted with the taste of the coke from the plastic 2 litre bottle and the can. I have contacted Coke South Africa but with no response or feedback. I logged the complaint on their website but nobody replied to my complain. I spend money on a product that tastes like the coke form the machine at a restaurant which tastes horrible.
I get the feeling that customer service in South Africa is not taken seriously.
