I had completed my Order #100016093 (BOSE - Sports Headphone) at around 9am but the website was extremely slow on this day, was unable to complete payment. Came back to make payment and my order was cancelled (and not by me). Contacted online help and they were to contact me back on 02/12/2013 to try an offer same deal as the stock had been sold out, this was a lie? as I can re order, at an additional R1000 on item. Very saddened by this, I really wanted that item and was not my fault :(
