I purchased a sterling silver pendant for a friend at 702 jewellers on 1st December. When I presented it to her she noticed that it was scratched. I returned it to the store today - 03 December. The salesman pointed out that they DON'T DO REFUNDS. He further told hes assistant to "close the doors of the store" so he could sort this "problem" out because of my bad attitude. I would not be drawn into a confrontation by this incompetent sales person and left - WITHOUT MY PROBLEM BEING SOLVED!!!
This is not the way to conduct business!
Rather go to recognised dealers with a GOOD reputation.
