Hi... I made a purchase 3 months ago from the Atterbury Branch. I dealt with Aaron whom was the salesman. I sit 3 months later with 2 damaged beds which on delivery I pointed out and did not want to accept and actually called the branch-I was advised to accept the delivery and was told that head office will phone me on Monday (delivery took place on a Saturday) I then did as was suggested. Monday had come and gone and to no surprise at all no one contacted me. I then phoned the branch on the Tuesday to enquire about what the next step was. I was told I had to come into the shop and complete a guarantee form. Which I did. I then heard nothing for a month-I then went into the store and completed a form to cancel my purchase as I was now had to wait until Feb 2014.I called the branch again-Aaron was not available (this was a wed) so I left a message.By Monday I had still not received a call. I then e-mailed the branch "furious" as I was getting nowhere. I was then promised a week later that I will be refunded on the Monday. - Ok fine... it is now Tuesday and I e-mailed the branch to follow up as I had not yet received the money..I was then asked have the damaged goods been collected
