I actually laid a complaint re the exact same store a couple weeks back. I needed to get an ointment, was told there is a pharmacy at the above Pick n Pay (wasnt aware was part of the actual store)
The ointment in question wasnt in stock, an Indian lady (I think her name was May), went to the storeroom to look for me. Although they didnt have the product, a medical re had left some samples which she helped me with.
Truely exceptional service, small business mentality in a superstore... the lady in question is a huge asset to your organisation.
