counter we get there and gave thandi or zanele the script she rudley said we don't have this I then told her that it was checked on the system and it was confirmed that it's in stock, she insisted We Don't have this. I went back to the dispensers and the lady who helped us initially had to come all the way to give the ointment I asked for the manager. And the colleuge of the rude lady pretended. To better manager and gave me the incorrect name thandi when I asked the lady at the till if there is a thandi at the self med she said No the lieing colleuge came and said sorry her name is zanele What kind of sick joke business Are you running? I need someone at headoffice to do something about this disrespect and incompetence. I will ensure that everybody I know never uses dischem I wish you couldhire people. Who understand what retailing is about then we wonder why we have a high unemployment rate. Lack of education and training.
