Windscreen not fixed

In April this year I lodged a claim with Outsurance for a crack in my windscreen. A few days later, Glassfit arrived to fix it up. The first attempt was really terrible. It didn't fit properly, so they put loads of silicone sealer to make it look like it was in correctly. I wasn't happy with this, so I called them back to sort it out. They arrived a few days later, but put more silicone. I then phoned to say that I was not happy with this. They then promised me to sort it out. I waited about a month, but they never got back to me. In the end I had to follow it up. They then said that I needed the beading and they would order it. About a month later and still no reply from them. When I phoned they said they needed to order the beading. About another month goes by. When I phoned them they said they needed to order the beading. Eventually a guy arrives in October to do the job, but then tells me they got the wrong beading. A week later their specialist arrives to see what is wrong, and basically tells me the whole job was a mess. Since then I have been phoning, and they have still not sorted this out.
