I purchased a mini cooper from the above on 08/10/2013 subject to beading and badge being replaced. Carpets were at valet as per Patrick. On 09/10/2013 Patrick told me that vehicle had been sent in for beading to be replaced and would try and have vehicle ready for Friday/Monday at latest.By Monday PM had still not been contacted re my car so I phoned Patrick. He told me that there was no beading in the country and that I could take the car and return later for fitting. Told him that was unacceptable as I, ve had experiences before when agreements were not honoured and that wanted beading replaced as per agreement. I then checked with 2 Mini dealers and both confirmed that they could supply the beading within 24hours on placement of order and that Mini DOES have stock. This is a below par performance from a reputable company and I would certainly not engage in any further or future dealings with Lindsay Saker Rivonia. Absolutely disgusting
