I ordered and payed for 25 normal helium balloons and 6 characters. Two I bought from party in box and the 4 I brought with me for my niece's party on the 30th November from Party in Box in Springs. When my son collected the balloons at 12H55 from Party in Box and came to the venue that was 15min drive from the shop. One of the characters was not there and only 5 of the balloons was fully blown up and the rest was so small that when we put it on the table it fell on the table top. When the party started all the small balloons was lying on the floor or on the table. When we contacted the owner she denied that one character was not included and blamed my son for releasing the character balloon when he went outside. She told us that we were suppose to collect the balloons at 11H00 and that's why the balloons was smaller and don't float anymore! I ordered previously balloons from this shop for the previous owner and my helium balloons lasted 2 days! But Lindy (her attitude towards us stinks) the new owner denied any fault from her side and blamed us! I will never make use of Party in Box for any party accessories AGAIN! So please be aware what you ordered is not what you get!!!
