We went the weekend before to book for balloons to be blown up for the following Saturday in which my sister paid, and then I made a separate purchase of a foil balloon, a weight and 2 toys. When I went to fetch the balloons I was greeted so disgustingly by the staff saying I am early, no niceness or anything just plain rude. So alas went on with my shopping waiting for the minutes to pass so that I could have the balloons. Once I arrived back so fetch everything, I was told we did not pay for a R14.95 weight, in which I argued as I know I did and unfortunately didn't have the slip on me, I was then again rudely addressed by the manager and owner been told I must pay for the weight again! Even though they should have a copy of the receipt as well! The staff are horrific over one single weight. Will never use this store again and neither will my family or friends! I hope he manager or owner find my purchase on their system see that we did buy it! And know they lost business over their big arrogant heads!
