This shop in the Doringkloof Mall has everything for your themed party, BUT... be very very careful. The store is owner managed and she will rip you off with pricing if you are not careful. If she has not quoted you, you will get ripped off. She charged extra for balloons whilst her advertised pricing for helium balloons was less (R12.50 R2.50 for float) and when queried, she said the chosen balloons were an additional R50.00 for 10. Once filled, you have no choice but to pay. She does not even apologise that you may have misunderstood or that she should have told you upfront. Quality on some items like party pack boxes and stickers etc is SHOCKINGLY poor as well.
