I went to party spot with my 2 girls aged 2 and 4. The store closes at 1 and we were unaware of this until an employee informed us. There were announcements but i did not hear. I went to get balloons for the girls as I had promised them. It must have been 1.01pm I waited a while and Ricki came out and I asked him he said the staff had left and would not help me it was then 1.04pm. My girls were very upset and if you have small Children you will understand as I has waited until the end to get the balloons. I am sure Ricki could have assisted but he merely said there was nothing he could do and turned his back on me and walked off. Clearly he does not care about my crying children or me ego has to deal with them. He made zero attempt to assust and had a do t care attitude. It is exactly this attitude that looses customers. I had already committed to get certain items today or I would have not bought anything there. I certainly would not go back. Surely the staff could stay until all the customers had left the shop which was not too long after one. I can not be the only one to have experienced this.
