We baught Yellowtail from Pick N Pay Fourways crossing on Sunday morning 1 Dec 2013 and cooked it that same afternoon. About 30 minutes after eating the fish myself and my whife had a severe reaction which later that afternoon had us both ending up in intensive care. We are not allergic to fish and eat seafood at least once a week. After my whife notified the branch manager about the bad fish the buck was simply passed to the supplier and she was asked to fill in a form if she wants to take the complaint further. We are never quick to complain, however when food you buy from a trusted retailer nearly kills you and your is complaint taken so lightly, then I could not see any reason why Pick N Pay should be my trusted choice for "fresh" food again.
