Went to CNA 3 days after each other to do upgrades.
Everytime I got there the lady who deals with the contracts are out on lunch or she is not there!
Spoke to the manager - (speaking with a mouth full of food) - we must come back later!
I asked who helps the clients when she is not there and the answer she gave me was they send the customers to Edgards (Who does not upgrades at all!!)
What kind of a Manager sends her customers to other stores? And what kind of store is CNA if no one else can assist when the people are absent?
